How to configure TP-Link TL MR3020 in AP mode

Model : TL-MR3220
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version :

I am using ACT Fibernet. I tried to configure the router in AP mode, it is working with one wi-fi connection.
Once I connect to Wi-Fi, I need to login to my ISP to access internet. Is there a way to save the username and password of service provider in the router in AP mode?
