TP-LINK TD-W8968 Not working when uisb data card is plugged on ( Wifi)

This is for your kind information that My TP-LINK TD-W8968 300 Mbps Wireless N USB ADSL2 Modem Router is not working properly when
USB data card is connected.
When Wifi mode is on , The USB is getting connected to modem but the data transfer is not taking place.
Kindly advise me to get the following issues corrected
1. To Connect the Wifi modem with Usb Data card
2. Necessary online support to do the settings.
Appreciate if the issue is solved at the earliest. :)
