When is someone in support going to address the ongoing issue of not having a Windows Application Available to view the Tapo cameras online?

I lodged a community@tp-link.com email over a year ago, and it has 112 votes in Support of it so far, and has the Status of "Under Consideration." Therefore, when is someone actually going to do something about it?
