Computer(s) ethernet capped at 100Mbps...
Hi,
Connected various ethernet devices to my AX11000 and (according to Task Manager) they are getting throttled at 100Mbps and I was wondering how
I increase this speed. A two week old Windows 11 shows 100Mbps. I have tried the following:
Direct cable connection to the wall socket in my home-office, therefore cutting out the switch.
Tried a few different cables.
I don't have a cable long enough (yet) to test this PC direct into the router so I dug out a 5 year old Dell Laptop abd wired it straight into the router. - 500Kbps.
Also tried an MS Surface laptop but that was via the MS dock, that might be throttled I'm sure.
The router shows 1000Mbps on all ports.
I really don't know what else to try.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Thanks
