Regarding your case, would you please provide us some more details:
1. May I know where the TL-PA9020P KIT was used, like in the kitchen, bedroom, living room, etc.? How was the room temperature?

2. Were there objects covered in the TL-PA9020P KIT? Or it was putting on top or underneath of other running electronic devices?

3. The TL-PA9020P KIT was plugged into a wall socket or a power strip? Near the location where the TL-PA9020P KIT was working, is there any other High-power appliances, such the heater or air conditioning?

It is recommended that you contact your local support staff for further assistance with the answers to the above questions.Please kindly keep the defective item in hand.

 

We will also report this case to the R&D and the other related departments.
