One of the nodes for my Deco x20 turns off randomly for no reason. I don't know how long it takes, but it's pretty common. It turns on again if I pull out and reinsert the power cord from the node plug, but not the wall outlet. Always the same node.
Hi, did the issue start recently?
It seems like the power cord on the Deco can't be firmly connected.
Have you tested with the power adapter of the other Deco units?
If it behaves the same, I think it's time to contact the shop retailer to check for warranty service.
