Can't surf the Internet even though I'm connected? TP link W8980

Hey,On Sunday afternoon the Internet suddenly dropped out in the apartment that we have rented in Sydney, Australia. Our provider is TGP and the router is a TD-W8980.The router has an internet connection apparently, as you can see on the pictures below. Only the internet LED is flashing, which indicates that something is wrong.We already did set the router to factory defaults but that didn't help.
