TL-MR3020 not saving Mobile ISP settings

Firmware Version : 3.17.2 Build 140610 Rel.65031n
ISP : Vodafone
The unit will not save my Mobile ISP settings i.e. 'Vodafone contract'.
If the unit is switched off, it keeps defaulting back to 'Vodafone PAYG'.
I have tried the save function as well as 'Quick Setup' numerous times, have tried via an ethernet connection and a wireless connection.
Have also tried rebooting as well as resetting the unit to Factory Defaults and starting again, but the issue still persists.
