Hi, what is DNS Relay? If I turn it off, how will affect my internet connection, online gaming, access to my FTP server and IP camera from WAN and LAN?

If your internet connection has no DNS issue, it is Okay to disable it.
In some cases, if we cannot open domain name but the corresponding IP address, we can set the DNS relay as "Use User Discovered DNS Server Only" and enter DNS manually to solve the problem.
