W8951ND ADSL Initialize problem

Hi,
I have the TD-W8951ND ADSL router. Suddenly it stopped ADSL connection. Tried factory reset, reset switch, and 30/30/30 reset but no success. Tried with 2 different providers where their VPI/VCI 0/35 and connection is PPPoE/PPPoA and LLC encapsulation but nothing changed. The ADSL LED only blinks for 2 or 3 times every 30 seconds or so and the ADSL State Activation or Initializing then down and nothing changes too. I disabled UPnP and ACL but no hope also. I also flashed different firmwares from 140226 till 141114 for V5 hardware. If I unplug the ADSL line the ADSL LED stays off forever and blinks as stated earlier only when I plug the ADSL line again. Line is connected directly and dedicated for the router. No splitter.
