It sounds like the problem with your laptop itself. Are you connecting to W8968 by wire or wirelessly? Any other clients like a phone or tablet for you to set up W8968?
Where did you see the error message?
Can you check status of local area connection or wireless network connection?

Hello Chaps, M DIAMOND much oblidged for getting back to me. I may have found the root problem. In Task Manager all Networking Adapters are turned off ? Also in Wireless Network Connection Status, IPv4 Connectivity = Not Connected, also IPv6 = Not Connected. With my limited knowledge something tells me this lot should be turned On. If someone could come back to me on this i would be extremely thankful.

In reply to your question Diamond in Network & Sharing Centre, + Setup a Connection, + Connect to the Internet brings up the router clicking on that asks for Pin No, the symbol in the taskbar then goes to show its working but i could still be here all day waiting. I can get on Internet with Ethernet Cable.
