Device only connects to internet when on Guest Network?

Hi All
I have two Deco pods. The one in my office bedroom is also where my laptop is. However recently it has had connectivity issues
- Websites not loading
- Websites loading on my non-mesh WiFi however
- I created a guest network and it works fine? The minute I switch to the mesh WiFi it stops.
The issue is specific to my laptop?

Hi David. Apologies for late reply. So I restarted the device and removed parental control. All working fine. I recreated the profile, I think I used keywords eg 'instagram' which are found on a host of websites as opposed to 'www.instagram.com'. Hence why google searches would work but not websites which are likely to have instagram as a keyword on their site. I will monitor the next 24 hours just to be sure that this was the cause. Thanks

Can you leave me a message with the web addresses that can't be loaded properly?
Have you tested whether other devices have a similar issue?

Example is SharePoint and AutoTrader, Microsoft copilot. If I type in random words "xxghhnnjj" in google it loads fine.
only specific to my laptop unfortunately.

Hi, I can't figure out what the problem might be. If it is just the laptop, have you tried to forget the Main WiFi network SSID, then restart the laptop once?
Have you ever set a parental control profile for the laptop?
By the way, have you tested these websites via a different browser, like Firefox?

I think you can temporarily remove the laptop from the parental control profile, then restart the PC once in case these websites were blocked by certain content filters.
