Running into an issue with my RE220. When I Initially received it I set it up and everything worked fine. Then I noticed a few days later that only the power LED was on. I tried reseting the extender to factory defaults, but now when I try to configure it through the Tether App I get the following error message "Unable to join the network "TP-Link_Extender". Im then brought to a screen where it offers me to connext to the Extender 2.4 and 5Ghz bands, I cant connect to either of those. Ive tried multiple resets and moving the extender around, to no avail.

When you reset the RE220, did you keep the power on? 

Please log out the Tether APP completely, then login to the App and try to set up RE220.

Please log out the Tether APP completely, then login to the App and try to set up RE220.

  Resetting while powered and logging off fixed the issue.
