ISP : Web Africa

I can't get internet connection including wi-fi from about 9:00am in the morning untill 9:00pm at night.
But when I use my old Huawei router I have no such problems.

Please help.

Are there any restriction rules configured on your W8968?
If not, during that time, can you login web interface of W8968 and check WAN section? Is there IP/Mask, Gateway etc.? How about Line Status?
