Deco App Not Working
To be clear the is nothing wrong with my device as internet and wifi are working perfectly fine and I can connect to the device via the web interface using my tplink username and password
it is the deco app that is the issue.
the app kicked me out and now will not let me login. The only message I get is:
Failed to login. Please try again
I have already tried the following
connect via web interface using same username and password- this works
installed app on a new device - login still fails
removed and reinstalled the app on multiple devices - login still fails
However if I login to the app on my mobile using the mobile network it logs in but states it cannot connect to my deco devices. If I then turn wifi back on an connect to the wifi the app refreshes and I can now access.
