Not signing to PSN with W9980

Apologies, W9980 was not on the list.
This problem started 24hrs ago. I have done the following to check, but can really use your guidance to sort this out. I have not changed anything on the router.
*PS4 connected via ethernet.
*Tried MTU 1450, 1475, 1473.
*TP-LINK W9980, VDSL through TalkTalk.
*Static local IP address for PS4.
*In DMZ, ports 3478-3480, 80, 1935, 443, 5223, 10070-10080, 3658 forwarded for both protocols.
*PS4 error codes vary: NW-31456-9, CE-33992-6.
*Cannot log in to PSN via PC or Mac.
*Can log in to PSN via 3G.
So it seems the problem is with my router (since I am able to get on the PSN with the provided Huawei router), but what?
