Model: M7450
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.2.

I did a reset to the factory default and after that my chromecast does not connect to the wifi. The TV is connected and my iPhone as well.

I have restarted and reset every device. Nothing works.

I have searched the AP isolation but I can not find that option in Theter or the mobile router.

Who can help so I can solve the problem?

  @cloudwalker it's solved! The solution was in the Dial Up Settings, there I had to change the PDP type. No idea what I did exactly, but it works again

  @Natas66

Hi, it seems like M7450 works over either 2.4GHz or 5GHz. Which wireless band have you enabled?

Would there be any error message when Chromecast can't connect to the WiFi?

It is suggested to enable the 2.4GHz band and set the wireless channel to channel 11 and channel width 20MHz to see whether it helps.

Best regards.

  @David-TP Thank you! I have tried to switch the GHz band and channel 11. Both does not work.

The error message on Google Home app is clear: no wifi connection
