Hi support guys,

 

the router works perfectly (in Thailand). It offers a new firmware version (1.2.0 3.0.0 v6060.0 Build 240912 Rel.39555n). Whenever I try to upgrade , I never get beyond 0% and it says "Download failed."

 

I already tried the usual things. Rebooted. Tried with web inter face and Aginet app. No success.

Hi, welcome to our community.

As NX510v is a customized model by some local ISPs, we even can not find firmware on the related official website.

If you have unzipped the firmware file and make sure the process is correct, it is suggested to contact local technical support or your ISP for further suggestions.
