Hi, I'm looking for TP-Link router models that fully support Ad-Hoc (IBSS) wireless mode.

I would appreciate it if anyone could share a list of TP-Link routers (any firmware version) that allow stable configuration in Ad-Hoc mode.(

The goal is to set up a multi-node mesh network using openwrt and protocols like OLSR or BATMAN.)

Thanks in advance

Hi@Eng_Ahmed,

Thank you for consulting if there is a router that meets your needs.

However, we are afraid that we cannot meet your needs, especially since firmware updates need to be done through conventional channels, that is, using officially released firmware. We do not recommend the use of third-party firmware, and problems caused by third-party firmware are not covered by our warranty.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
