Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20240830

My isp provides speeds of 200 mbps download and 50 mbps upload but I am only getting 86 up and 38 down from ethernet connection from my switch after the main Deco unit and a bit less from wifi. I have tried many things to improve the speed with out success. Any suggestions?

Hi, was there a typo here? I think you might want to write: 86 down and 38 up?

Please make sure the QOS has been disabled.

It is also recommended to replace a new Ethernet cable to connect the main Deco X50 to the ISP modem/gateway.

Can I also have the model number of the switch? Have you tested the Ethernet connection speed when the client is directly from the main Deco, bypassing the switch?

By the way, how long have you had the Deco, and did the speed issue start recently?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
