Error Code 71211
I have downloaded the latest firmware for this hardware from tp-link (201207 dated 2021-05-07) , but am getting the error 71211

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
As your current firmware is newer than the one you want to upgrade, it is suggested to confirm again whether the hardware version of your router is V5 or V5.2.
It it is V5.2, it is suggested to upgrade firmware from this official website.

I was using the latest version on this page? https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/download/tl-mr6400/v5/#Firmware
When I try to download from the link you provided, there doesn't seem to be a binary anywhere?
Extracting ISP_21082501 gives a folder of the same name, containing a folder of the same name which contains a PDF and another zip file of the same name. Extracting that second zip file gives two files; attachment and NetIspInfo.

Just to confirm, my router has
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210803 Rel.55933n
Hardware Version: TL-MR6400 v5 00000001
When I try to upgrade online, I get the message "Your firmware is up to date"
I have another MR6400 with the same Hardware version which has a later firmware version 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201207 Rel.56223n
I have been trying to find this later version to put on my first server, but nothing seems to work.
Can anyone help?
