Firmware Version:

Trying to connect via WPS but unable to as will not recognise same password as router. Tried App as well but same problem. My router is supplied by Vodafone.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Before you try the APP method to configure the range extender, did you reset it firstly?

Please reset it as below: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button for 1 second. The extender will reset and reboot.

Then you can try Web method to set up the range extender again:

configure my range extender via web GUI
