HEY TP-LINK !!

 

i have facing this issue since 1.7.0 firmware my Deco App is showing wrong monthly data report and if i turned it OFF and then turned back ON after few days so the Deco App still showing day by day monthly report and i have shared App Logs.

Thanks, I've received the APP logs.

By the way, once the report was generated, turning on/off the Deco APP only decides whether to display the report on the APP or not, and doesn't refresh the previous network data.

There were usually no further replies after the first feedback. I think it was a one-time cloud server glitch, and somehow it mysteriously corrected itself in the next monthly report cycle. If it were just a fault of Deco, your actual network data would not be affected.

And I hope you can monitor the network consumption data in the next few days to see whether it has started again.

  @David-TP I'm facing this issue since 2025 and i tried to see in AP Mode but still same issue in AP Mode.
