Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.3 Build 20231226

Hi,

I have 3 Deco X20 Units, one always randomly switches off and stays off until I switch it on and off on the power plug or unplug and plug the power cable.

After restarting it stays on for a few minutes sometimes hours then it switches off again.

All firmware is up to date

I have done a couple factory resets.

  @ThabsMash

Hi, you can try the firmware recovery here to see whether it made any difference:

How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick

If no improvement, it is very likely this unit might be broken and you might need to replace it.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

  @ThabsMash

Hi, have you tried to test this unit with the power plug from another Deco X20?

It is also recommended to change the wall power socket.

By the way, how long have you had the Deco X20?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

Hi  @David-TP

Yes, I did swap the power plugs from another Deco X20 and I have no issues on the other Deco X20 unit.

I have had the Deco X20 since June 2020.

Thanks
