Model: Archer C50
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello everyone,

I am having issues with a TP Link archer C50.

Using it as an access point,it doesn't seem to read the ethernet cable from the wall plug to the Wan port of the device.I tried 4 different cables and rebooted it and hard reset as described in the manual.Still, the right led on the archer C50 blinks and there is no internet access.

At any time I connect the pc with the internet wall plug,I have internet.

I firstly had it set up and worked fine, then I disconnected from the power plug to do some work on the table and since then..I am here.

Grateful for any help,in advance 🙂

To troubleshoot this issue you have to open the router web managment page in a web browser and check the WAN / Etehrneport status:

Here's how to find your router IP address.

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue and mark the post as a "Recommended Solution".

Hi@PeterKont87,

Thank you for contacting our community.

If archer C50 work as a router, can it access network normally?

Please confirm you have set the C50 to be an Access Point correctly. How to configure the TP-Link wireless router as Access Point
