My main router is a Deco XE75 Pro. I installed a new computer. I have 8 mailaddresses from the same provider. I installed it and I set up additionally VPN with Cyberghost because sometimes I need that. The system is now blokking all connections to my mailserver (via outlook and via webmail). When I am outside my own network in another wifi, everthing is working perfectly fine. So the router blocks somehow my website. Where and how can I unblock it? I can not find anything useful in the decoapp or when I am logging in to the network via 192....? I uninstalled the whole VPN thing. I restarted everything. Thank you for your help.

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ISP modem—main deco )))((( new computer

(Note: — stands for wired connection, )))((( stands for wireless connection )

 

Is there any error message? Please take screenshots with error message and send here.

If you uninstall the VPN on the PC, can the issue be resolved? 

 

For the Deco system, please check have you set parental control or whitelist on access control?

 

Please change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1: How to change DNS server settings on my Deco

Yes, this is the network:

The problem is with every computer/phone who wants to connect to this server (where our emails and website are hosted).

I installed Cyberghost again and with Cyberghost VPN I can connect to the server.

Only if I connect directly I am getting blocked.

I did a Traceroute but I am not able to know what it means when I see where it gets blocked. Should I post it here or is it not good because of privacy?

The error is only "could not connect, server took to long to respond"

DNS is on 1.1.1.1

The hosting company says that they can not see any problem.

It must have something to do with my network. Because when I am outside the network in another WiFi it is also working.

Do you have any ideas what I can do?

Have you set parental control or whitelist on access control? How to configure Wi-Fi Access Control on your Deco

If you do not want to disclose any private information, you can collect screenshots and send them to support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 817962] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to assist in analysis and follow-up.
