XX230 Não conecta com o meu provedor.

 

Comprei o XX230v e logo quando eu liguei, já atualizei o firmware.
Não testei com o firmware que veio de fábrica.

 

Segui diversos tutoriais de como configurar o XX230v com a Vivo de São Paulo e nenhum funcionou.

 

Tenho todos os dados do modem antigo que funciona perfeitamente. SLID, GPON, Fiz a conversão dos 4 primeiros dígitos de texto para Hex. O xx230v se registra no ISP.

 

Quando chega na parte de configurar a internet, coloco a VLAN em 10 e configuro o login como cliente@cliente e senha cliente. No final, até usei a opção de clonar o Mac e coloquei o Mac do modem da Vivo.

Mesmo com todas as configurações ele falha em autenticar e conectar na internet.

 

Não sei mais o que posso fazer e por isto pesso ajuda.
