AX5400 not connecting to Ethernet devices?

Hi
I have just installed AX5400 router as a replacement for my old Apple Airport Extreme that have stoped working.
I have changed the DHCP range to match my old Airport, 10.0.1.2 to 10.0.1.253.
Internet is ok and working but the printers and network drives I have over Ethernet is not showing up?
I have my main Mac and one network drive connected to the AX5400 directly, the show up and I can connect to them.
All the other devices using Ethernet I can not connect to or show up in the network.
They are connected to 2 switches which are connected to the AX5400 with one Ethernet cable, used the one that came with the AX5400.
IP-range for the devices connected with Ethernet is from 10.0.1.200 and the network disks have fixed IP address.
Any one have a solution to this problem, or shall I start looking for a used Apple router?
Please ask if there is any needed information I have not included, thanks.
Regards
Kjell Arne

Hi @Joseph-TP
Thanks again for you reply.
Looks like I after much thinkering I found at that one of my switches was the problem, and ironicaly it was a TP-link switch.
I bougt a ceap replacement at a lokal gadget shop, and now I can connet to my Ethernet devices again.

From your description it seems like you have ethernet connectivity issue only with devices connected to the two switches.
If a wired device is connected directly to the router then there's no issue, correct ?
I would connect a device that has this issue directly to the router to exclude any possibility that switches causing it.
Also you may change your ethernet cables - sometimes cable issues can cause such behaviour.

Hi@Kjell_Arne,
Thank you for contacting our community.
As terziyski suggested, it is better to connect these wired devices that are not recognized normally to the LAN ports of the router for comparison. If they can be recognized normally, it means that the problem is from the switch. Please contact the support of the switch for help.

Hi, thanks for you reply.
Have tried several times now to get Ethernet to work, but not having any luck.
I connect on network disk direktly to the AX5400 and it works, but not reliable, it drops connection after a while.
The 2 switches I have i powered down and left for more than 30 min, and powered up agian where all cables where unpluged.
Some of the devices I can connect to, but not reliable, disapears after å while.
Even a laser printer connectet direktly to one switch does not show at all.
Not a good impresion of TP-link AX5400 products so far.

Hi@Kjell_Arne,
Thank you for your reply.
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
ISP modem—router AX73 )))((( wireless clients
—Switch—wired clients
(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection)
There may be an IP conflict in the DHCP range you set. It is recommended that you only keep one client device directly connected to the Archer AX73 for comparison.
For printers, generally speaking, it is also recommended that you check whether it has a built-in IP address. You may need to reset the printer and configure the printer again to connect to the network of the new router.
In addition, please check whether you have set up advanced features such as Mac filtering, IP filtering, AP isolation, access control, etc. on the AX73.
What are the models of the switches you mentioned? If it is a TP-Link product, you can also provide the model of the switch, and perhaps we can check whether the devices between the switch and the router are accurate.
Best Regards~
