My Re650 has gone offline and I cannot log into my birdbox camera which is connected to the WiFi via this extender. Is there anyway to reset the extender from abroad?

Thank you for contacting our community.

 

If you are not near RE650, you cannot directly remove or reset it.
If it shows offline in the app, it is recommended that you ask your family to restart RE650. If it does lose network, consider resetting RE650.
If you are worried about operating errors, it is recommended that you ask your family to contact local support for online guidance.

Hi,

 

If the RE650 is indeed offline, then it cannot be restarted remotely.

 

How did you determine that the RE650 is offline? Is it that the Tether app shows it as "Cloud Device (Offline)"? 

 

In case someone has access to your home, then you could ask that person to unplug the RE650 momentarily, in order to restart it.
