Transfer Administrator without Being Connected
Hi
Wondering if anyone can advise how I can change the owner of your Deco Mesh system without actually being connected to the network please?
My friend did her part on the app, however its not shown up on mine and every time I look it states that I need to be connected to that network.
Does anybody know of a work around please?

Hi, welcome to the community.
I'm afraid the mobile phone needs to log in to the new owner account and connect to the Deco WiFi at the same time.
If possible, you can try to share the TP-Link account credentials with someone who is next to the Deco Hardware and let them help you bind the Deco to the new email account. Later, you can change the password of the TP-Link ID if needed.
