Tplink 9980b german language?i cant use this router.plz help me

Today i buy this router 9980b but cant run the instolation program because i cant selete my region but only german and also igo to router website and ii have german olanguage . i cant understand how to change langue to english and also why sell this product to other countries when it is a product only for german.?.rly i am so disapointing for this prodfuct tomorrow i will back this where i bought it .
