Most probably your router FW region is (US) - this can be seen on its bottom sticker - details.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) limits the allowed channels in the 2.4 GHz band for Wi-Fi devices in the US, and channels 12 and 13 are not part of the permitted rangeHere's more on the wireless channels, width and DFS.

yes the sticker dose have US in it but still this router dosent have 6ghz due to india not allowing it but since the point of sale is in inda this should follow india's local or provide some way to change region

Unfortunately the FW region is not interchangable, i.e. you can't update with FW release for US region a device with EU region and vice versa.

Most probably you'll get an error message during the update procedure. The only way to use these channels is to obtain an (EU) FW region device,
