Router Archer AX73 (AX5400) keeps dropping Wi-Fi connection for some devices, but not others

1st up, all my connections are wireless.
I have a desktop, printer and WiFi camera 1 metre away from my router with nothing else in between.
I also have a smartphone and laptop in the next room, but again with usually full WiFi signal.
My company also uses multiple devices that connect here and there throughout the week, but less than 50 in total.
What is odd is almost a few times a week, I will encounter some devices dropping connection and not being able to connect to WiFi manually while other devices right next to it seem to work fine. There is no discernible pattern too, as each device has ever dropped connection.
I've never had this issue with my other routers before. Even cheap SIM routers work more consistently than this.
Looking into the system log, I see that it seems to do this every day. Is this normal?
(We just use the router normally without changing any settings after the initial set up by technical support from my Internet Service Provider, and they are sure that the backend is all fine too.)
Here is a snapshot of the log:

Any help with troubleshooting is most appreciated. It drives me mad when for example, I cannot print, even though every other device is connected, or even worse, 1 device can print and my desktop (1 metre away) cannot.
