I don't use just TP-Link Tether. No, I'm talking on PC. I used Chromium based browser and also IE11. I have no problems with log in. It auto-updated by the cloud and I tried a reset and I also updated the firmware manually on zip. The router was on router mode. It has been on router mode since the very beginning until now where I switched it to an access point via EasyMesh satellite. Concerning where did I update, I updated using the TP-Link Worldwide website and EU region as it is for mine. The system logs don't show these problems which frustrate me and I have a backup however I am going to redact some my internet PPPoE, DDNS, File Sharing and VPN configurations. This won't affect the result because I have tried without. I tried troubleshooting myself to no avail. The system log can be sent directly by mail through the router because I have SMTP set up.

Hi@YanisTalbi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Please provide me with the ticket ID. Then I can give feedback on the log and backup files to the engineer for analysis.
