Internet speeds only 1/10th of whats it should be

I have a NBN1000 FTTP connection to my house so I should be getting speeds around 850-1000mbps but I seem locked at 100mbps. I did 1 speed test and it got to 850mbps but I can't seem to get it to work again.
I have a deco x20-dsl as the main modem and 2 deco x55 as mesh access points they are both wired in and have good cables connecting them.
I know the x20 is a bit old but it shouldn't be that much of an issue.

Hi, welcome to the community.
Have you tried the suggestion of setting Deco X50 as the main Deco?
By the way, did you use to set Deco X20-DSL into "Wireless router" mode instead of "DSL router" mode?
It is also suggested to replace the Ethernet cable between the main Deco and the NBN connection box.
For more suggestions, please refer to Troubleshooting Slow Internet Speed with Deco Devices
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

If you only hit full speed once, it might be a negotiation issue—double-check the ethernet ports fm whatsapp download and cables are all running at gigabit and not falling back to 100 Mbps.
