Firmware Version : TL-MR3020 Wi-Fi Portable 3G/4G

ISP : Airtel

Hi,
I'm using the TL-MR3020 Wi-Fi Portable 3G/4G Wireless N Router from past 1 year.

Previously it is working fine for airtel 3G dongle.
Mainly i'm using this for mobile internet(Wi-Fi). Last 2 months i didn't used the Wi-fi.
I connected/switch on router again last week and device working fine(My mobile showing wi-fi symbol) but i'm unable to access the internet.
The internet lite/led is also not blinking on device.

Could you please help me how to reset the settings? can we rest the setting like Mac address...etc in mobile? or i need to reset through system only.

Can you login web interface of MR3020? Check if the modem is identified or not.

Are you sure your 3G dongle is healthy ?Check it without router on your pc or laptop. If it was work fine then go to the TP-Link services

I connected the 3G dongle to system and checked . It is working fine.. problem is with router only...
My mobile showing the router/wi-fi.. but no net access..

Did you login its web interface and check if the dongle can be identified or not?
Try to contact India support.
