Hello, I am new to Deco devices. I purchased the device and updated it via the application, but I am facing a problem as I cannot connect piece number 3 to piece 2, as piece number 3 was connected to piece number 1. Also, I do not know what the device update is, if it is V1 or V2, I do not know.

@iFaisal The hardware version is written on the bottom of your Deco. you can also find it by logging in to the web UI.

 

The firmware version is shown on Deco app when you check for updates
