Hi guys! I have a problem! I activated Poste casa ultraveloce (Italian company) with the supplied postemobile usb modem with the sim included I activated the sim with the usb modem but I wanted to use my deco x20 modem
I inserted the sim in the deco modem but nothing I tried to create a poste isp on the modem with the apn casa.postemobile. it from the deco app it gives me failed I tried to reset the modem several times in the end it recognized the sim on band b3 but the led continues to be red and does not work
I do not understand these things can someone kindly tell me what I can do? thanks I do not speak English well I translated this with google

thanks for answering me and sorry if I didn't update the situation!
I solved the problem by manually entering a new ISP because the router automatically entered a wrong apn! thanks again!

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you tried to insert the SIM card into the mobile phone?

I doubt the SIM card might be locked, and it could only be used in the ISP-supplied USB modem.
