Wiser hub connection nightmare

Hi, I am having awful problems connecting my Wiser hub and room thermostat to the wifi as keeps disconnecting. Have tried for weeks and am at the stage of either getting rid of the mesh or the wiser heating system. I stopped fast roaming on the defo app to see if would help but it hasn't. The wiser hub is in a garage as heats a room out there and have a mesh sitting beside it. Anyone any ideas how I can make connection stable? Home hub is a BT smart hub 2. Thanks in advance

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Please also disable "Beamforming" as well under Deco APP>More>Advanced.
Since the BT Smart Hub is also a WiFi router, do you set Deco S4 into "Wireless router" or "Access Point" mode?
-It is suggested to disable the WiFi on the BT hub and set Deco S4 into Access point mode to avoid the doubt NAT issue.
How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode
By the way, how many 2.4GHz devices in total are connected to the Deco S4?
Can I have some pictures of the Deco network map, such as:
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP thanks for this information.i will try all that, Have attached screenshots. On my guest network which the Wiser hub connects with and which largely uses the deco called garage as is away from main house I have it limitied to just 2.4ghz. When I go into all the devices in house (even though main home network both 2.4 and 5ghz enabled) all those listed are 2.4ghz.

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
How about the disconnection frequency of the Wiser hub and the heat thermostat?
-Do you need to restart these smart devices to restore the connection, or need to restart the garage Deco S4?
Is it possible to connect the Garage Deco via an Ethernet cable to the studio Deco S4?
By the way, apart from the Wiser heating system, did the other 2.4 GHz devices maintain a stable connection?
And I'd like to follow up on your case via email. Please check whether you can receive it later.
Best regards.

@David-TP thank you. Ethernet connection very tricky as the two decos are in different buildings across a tarmac driveway that would fit a few cars. The hub disconnects regularly, some times a few times a day, it seems to be the only device causing connection issues as the TVs etc all work ok.

@MB74 I think you have to install outdoor Deco X50 unit to maintain your network stability.

@ARGamingPK1 thank you. Wiser suggested creating an IOT network and then connecting/pairing hub with my phone then would be seamless but the Deco S4 doesn't seem to have this option. I don't want to buy a new mesh system until I know why the Wiser hub won't pair with my phone which is clearly a Dexo issue from what I can figure out

@MB74 You can enable Guest Network on 2.4 GHz then connect your Wiser Hub
