Hi@abhishek4898,

Welcome to our community.

If the adapter cannot find any Wi-Fi signals, please try these tips:
    1. Please disable the old wireless adapter on the computer if there is any and leave the TP-Link Wireless adapter only.
    2. Enable WLAN AutoConfig. Right-click on My Computer > Manage > Computer Management > Services > WLAN AutoConfig > General > Ensure the Startup type is Automatic > Start > OK
    3. Update the latest driver on the TP-Link Official website.

Best Regards.
