Model: Archer C50  
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 0.4 v0001.0 Build 211108 Rel.33223n(4555)

Some apps dont seem to work on the wifi but work perfwctly fine when on mobile data it is seen on my laptop and mobile.

 

apps like youtube,instagram and some websites work but when i try to play games or visit a website which takes higher amount of network

 

example- roblox,valorant and many others 

 

i tried many solutions including present on the net but found no solutions 

 

and what dns am i supposed to use?

Thank you for contacting our community.

 

If your PC can access the ISP network directly via Ethernet cable (bypassing Archer C50), can you please compare and test whether you can access these websites?

 

Here are some suggestions that may help you:

  • Power cycle the router and the device.
  • Log in to the router's management page via tplinkwifi.net, go to Advanced > Network, and change the router's Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and Secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4

I already tried this method on my phone and laptop but it doesn't seem to help

Hi@Need_help0415,

Did you test the network of ISP modem directly? I mean bypass the router.

If your modem has Wi-Fi, you can connect to its Wi-Fi to access these Apps.
