Similar to apparently dozens of other people, I got a new phone, downloaded the app, logged in and it gives me the paint your home screen.  The network was set up successfully with a different phone and the light is now green.  The app can't detect that the network exists.

I have already rebooted the deco, turned off mobile data to connect to WiFi network and everything suggested in the forums, nothing works.

There is no "more" tab in the app because it wants me to paint my home.

Is there a general solution to this issue or am I going to have to message my mac, etc to a rep for a solution specific to me?

Hi, the Deco network follows the TP-Link email account that was used to set up for the first time. Did you log into the same email ID on the new phone?
