Deco XE75 Pro and local fibre provider BRSK - Recent speed issues

Hello,
I've had a 4 unit Deco XE75 Pro mesh set up for nearly two years. It's been very good. The main unit is plugged directly into the BRSK (fibre provider) ONT.
Recently, BRSK performed 'maintenance' on their service and since that point, speeds and stability have been dreadful on both wired and wifi connections.
Pings timing out, speed tests ranging from 0 to 900 (it's a 1Gbps service, up and down). I've tried reading posts here, disabling QoS and changing DNS servers etc. Nothing is helping.
The only solution I've found is to place the XE75 into AP mode and putting the original BRSK router between the ONT and the XE75
I'd rather not have yet another box plugged in somewhere just to solve a problem, does anyone have any steer on what I can try to do to get to the bottom of the issue?
Clearly something has changed on the BRSK network making the XE75>ONT connection unreliable. BRSK won't help as it's not their hardware from the ONT inward (the XE75).

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
Are you able to consistently reproduce the following issue:
Pings timing out, speed tests ranging from 0 to 900 (it's a 1Gbps service, up and down).
- Did it happen to both WiFi and Ethernet connections from Deco?
What is the internet connection type when Deco XE75 Pro is connected to the fiber ONT, PPPOE, or Dynamic IP?
-If there is a wired laptop, will it have a stable and fast connection when directly connected to the fiber ONT?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP thank you for coming back to me. I've done the additional tests that you mentioned. With the laptop directly wired to the fibre ONT I get a stable 940 down and 940 up. I get the same when the laptop is wired to the BRSK/ISP router which is in turn connected to the ONT. therefore the weak link is the XE75Pro. When I wire the XE75 to the ONT and wire the laptop to the XE75 it becomes unstable, with download speeds fluctuating and uploads terminating part way through the test. WiFi is slightly more stable than wired. But it is unstable on WiFi and Ethernet. Deco app reports connection type as DYNAMIC IP when XE75 is wired to fibre ONT.

Hi, thank you very much for the update.
May I know how long you have had the Deco XE75 Pro?
In case there is anything wrong with the current main Deco, it is suggested to refer to this link to replace a new Deco as the main Deco:
How to replace the main Deco with another Deco
Can I also have some screenshots of the current network topology, such as:
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP sure here are the screenshots. I'll replace the dining room (main) deco with the one from the kitchen and run tests again. I'll report back here as soon as I can.

@David-TP hello, I've swapped around the Decos and the issue persists. Unstable connection wired or wifi. Wired speeds fluctuate wildly, WiFi is slightly more stable. I've also tried new Ethernet cables. When running a speed test wired or WiFi download speeds vary a lot and sometimes the upload part of the test doesn't start at all but returns 'error with internet connection. This was all working fine some weeks back and now I can only get it working with the BRSK router between the ONT and XE75 Pro.

I'd like to escalate your case to the senior engineers for further assistance. Please check whether you have received my email.
Thanks a lot.

@David-TP Thanks. They're wanting to install a debug firmware. a) I don't have a PC they can log into and b) I'd be wary of debug firmware and what this will mean for continuity of service given we work on this connection as well as use it for home purposes.
