AX72 Pro Wifi Speed limited

Hi there,
I just bought the AX72 Pro and the problem is that I face is that the wifi speed on all devices that are connecting to the router have limited Rx & Tx speed at 54mbps.
On various speed tests that I run the speed on all the servers i tried did not exceed 4mbps, while at the same time when I tried to run a speed test on a LAN cable the speed was more than 250-300mbps on all occassions.
I have tried all kind of wireless settings (channels, transmit power, channel width, etc), I have tried all kind of Internet settings, I have tried to manually set speed limits higher to the speed of 54mbps, I have tried several restarts to the Router and the modem (a mikrotik), and I have also tried the Access Point Mode with no luck in nay of the mentioned cases.
As I am out of ideas, can somebody help me?
Below I am attaching some screenshot with my current settings that might be useful.

Hi @terziyski &@Joseph-TP
Many thanks for your directions!
So, I followed both your instructions with no luck.
Despite reaching, as I thought, a dead end, I tried my last resort with a RESTORE. Once the restore was done, I set up the AX 72 Pro as my main router with my Internet connection, plugged directly at the WAN/LAN port (and not at the Blue 2.5Gbps). I defined the negotiated speed at 1000 Mbps, and voila my devices were able to connect at their real Tx/Rx speed.
I then tried to run a speed test, and my WiFi speed was as expected on all devices 250-300Mbps.
I then switched AX72 pro once again to Access Point Mode and connected it to Mikrotik Router as in my initial setup, and now everything seems to be working properly!
I hypothesize that there might be a conflict between the 2.5G port of the AX72 and the 1G port on the Mikrotik due to the difference in speed, as I have read multiple reports that people facing more or less a similar problem had this common factor on all occasions. Once they all reverted back to 1G port between their Router and AP, everything worked fine, as in my case.
Once again, I want to sincerely thank you for your time and advice! You were of great help!

What is your network topology ? What device do you have before the AX72 Pro ?
On the first look, what needs attention is the primary DNS IP address and the LAN IP address:
LAN IP address doesn't seem to be a private IP address.
Apart from these use the wireless channel 36 for the 5GHz band and test again.
Make sure that you didn't set any bandwidth limits including QoS feature (it should be disabled).

Hi @terziyski
Thank you for the prompt reply! It is much appreciated.
A friend of mine has assisted me in setting up my network, as I am not very experienced.
I have a Mikrotik router acting as a modem/router on which there are 2 Starlink internet connections with failover.
Then comes the AX72 pro, which I wanted to act as an Access Point and utilize only its Wi-Fi.
I have found the Operation Mode in its settings and I have already selected the Access Point Mode but the speed of the connected devices still remains limited to 54mbps.

In general your AX72 Pro wireless settings seem fine.
That's a complicated setup but I would check first the ethernet port status of the AX72 Pro for a bottleneck here:
Your AX72 Pro Internet port negotiated speed should be 1000 mbps.
Apart from that I would check the AX72 Pro LAN port settings - since it's in AP mode, its LAN IP address should be in the same subnet as the Mikrotik LAN interface:

Hi @YanniSkag,
Welcome to our community~!
Your situation is very similar to another user Yesrab, who mentioned a bug in the WAN port of mikrotik causing pause packtes to be sent hence the low speed on BE230 AP
Please see this thread:Archer BE230 – Speed Capped at 150Mbps in Access Point Mode (Both WiFi & LAN)
So I suggest you also consult Mikrotik support to check if the Mikrotik modem settings have the same problem.

Hi@YanniSkag,
You are awesome~! Your sharing is essential, especially for users who encounter the same problem.
You mentioned that other users also encountered similar problems with MikroTik router+other router (in AP mode). Can you provide the relevant link?
This will help us respond in time when we encounter similar problems in the future. We will continue to pay attention to relevant feedback and react in time.

Hi @Joseph-TP
The main idea for the negotiation speed, thus the difference in the speed of the ports, came from @terziyski in a previous reply on this thread.
Unfortunately, as I went through several forums and search results in my effort to resolve this issue, I did not keep the exact links of the threads I've read.
Although and as far as I can recall, there were at least 2 cases (not related to Mikrotik), having similar conflicts when one port was negotiating at a different speed than the other.
Hope this helps someone in the future!
