Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.6.7

I run 3 DECO X50 and 1 Deco X50-5G in my house. All Deco positions have a LAN port available and the network is based on a TP Link Switch TL-SG1024D.

Adding the third Deco X50 "Wohnzimmer" via LAN does not work / not integrate (red lights) when connecting via LAN cable while the two before worked and connect via LAN. Only WLAN / Mesh seems to work. Any advise why this selectively works / does not work?

  @Lupinsche

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Have you tried to replace the Ethernet cable between TL-SG1024D and Deco "Wohnzimmer"?

It is also suggested to connect Deco "Wohnzimmer" to another Ethernet port of the switch.

If neither helps, in case there is anything wrong with this Deco, please try to swap the location of Deco "Wohnzimmer" with another satellite Deco X50 to see whether the "red light" always follows Deco "Wohnzimmer".

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
