The issue is that when I use adjust allowed time it unlocks or unblocks all of the devices and does not respect the additional time that I select. Instead it unlocks the parental controls for 24 hours. So there's no way to control how much additional time is provided. I have the default set to 3 hours per day and only want to increase it a little bit. But when I use this feature it unlocks it for the rest of the day.

Notice in the screenshot where it says available time is 24 hours. That's not correct. If the time limit has been reached and I want to add 30 minutes that's all that should happen, not unlock it for 24 hours.

On your Deco APP, is it always displaying "Remaining Allowed Time:24 hours"?

I tested on my side, and it seems to follow the preset Time Limits:

  @David-TP thanks. I think the issue is random MAC on the tablet. Parental controls can't track the device. I will disable random MAC and retest.

 

TP Link Deco could prompt if that's the issue, when setting up the device.

Thank you very much, and I'll wait for your update.

I remember there is a prompt notice on the Deco App when a certain device is using a random MAC address, but I haven't saved any screenshots. 

I think it might be due to the firmware of Deco XE75 1.2.14 hasn't added "Client Identification" feature yet.

  @David-TP turned off random MAC and it helps. My wife has wifi sharing on her phone, so I have another hole to plug. Feels like whack a mole.
