prezados estou tentando atualizar o firmware,porem esta me aresentando o erro abaixo :

Código do Erro: 4503
O arquivo enviado não foi aceito.

 

poderiam me auxiliar,por favor.

Hi @Jose_Rafael,

Welcome to our community.

 

It is recommended that you update to an intermediate version of the firmware first, such as Archer C20(BR)_V5_201214.Then update to the latest version one level at a time.

Manually updating firmware can refer to How to upgrade the firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers

When you try to update firmware, please confirm the network is stable. 

When downloading the firmware, please make sure the file is downloaded completely. Or change another browser to update the firmware.

 

If the issue persists, please contact local support for further help.
