Follow this post for troubleshooting your port-forwarding issue.
Also make sure that your Internet IP address is not a private or CG-NAT IP address - otherwise port-forwarding won't work:
Private IP addresses:
10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255 (Class A)
172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255 (Class B)
192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 (Class C)
CG-NAT IP addresses: 100.64.0.0 to 100.127.255.255

Hi@Amigo_1,
Thank you for contacting our community.
Please confirm that you have set up port forwarding correctly. This FAQ provides the detailed instructions on configuring port forwarding based on different router models: Port forwarding: how to set up virtual server on TP-Link wireless router?
Additionally, here are some tips for you if port forwarding doesn't work:
1. Make sure the server is accessible from the internal network.
2. Make sure your router obtains the public WAN IP address, if your WAN IP is not a public one, port forwarding will not work. (CGNAT address is also private IP address that ranges from 100.64.0.0 to 100.127.255.255.)
3. Check the firewall settings of your server, make sure it allows traffic from the outside Internet.

Hi @Amigo_1,
Thank you for getting back to me.
Here are some suggestions for your issue:
1. Please log in to the Web UI of router: How do I log into the web-based Utility
Then go to LAN Settings and note the Subnet Mask and LAN IP (e.g., 192.168.1.1/24).
2. Verify the Target Device’s IP:
Ensure the device has an IP within the router’s subnet.
Example: If the router uses 192.168.1.1/24, valid IPs are 192.168.1.2–192.168.1.254.
3. Try to assign a Static IP Within the Subnet:
On the target device, set a static IP within the router’s subnet (e.g., 192.168.1.100). Alternatively, reserve an IP for the device in the router’s DHCP settings.
