MESH for PS Portal
I am looking for advice on setting up a mesh network, I have been advised to use TP Deco in Access Point Mode, I have Sky Q which I understand makes it more complicated to set up mesh networks.
My main issue is that my PS Portal is unusable, I need a better connection in my conservatory and the connection to my ring doorbell is poor.
I have full fibre 150 (always been naff) and a Sky Hub 4.2.
Sky Hub is in my office on the 2nd story, I have an ethernet cable that rubs from my Sky Hub through to the outside wall, it then goes down my driveway and into my living room on the 1st floor.
This ethernet cable then connects to another ethernet cable (in place before the Sky Hub was installed on the 2nd story, my old router was in the living room) that runs back down the driveway, into my garage (detached) and connects to an outdoor access point which provides a WiFi network for my garden and ring cameras.
My Sky Q box is in the living room on the 1st story connected to the satellite dish and WiFi, I have one mini box on the 2nd story in a bedroom.
I can run ethernet to the Sky Q box, I would just need to put an ethernet splitter/switch at the point where the ethernet cable that runs from the hub enters the living room.
I am terrible with network and WiFi, any help would be massively appreciated
