Cannot connect to wifi

So my problem is that I cannot connect to my routers wifi network. Im using my router to convert my LAN to WLAN. My router has all the LEDs on that are needed. But still my phone or laptop wont find the network and after trying to connet manuallly my phone says "cannot connect to TP-Link_XXXX Wifi". Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi@vPihka,
Have you tried to hard reset the router?
You can also try to change wireless settings to a different one.
If the issue persists, It is very likely that the router's WiFi broadcast function is damaged. It is recommended that you contact local support for further help.

Hi@vPihka,
Welcome to our community.
Do you mean that the LAN connection of the router is working normally?
Please check the Wi-Fi lights. If they are off, press the Wi-Fi/WPS button on the back of the router for about 5-10 seconds until the lights flash. Then, confirm whether the Wi-Fi can be detected when the lights are stable.
If the Wi-Fi lights are on, please log in to the router's web UI to check the wireless settings. Make sure the 2.4G/5G network is enabled and not hidden.
How do I log into the web-based Utility (Management Page) of TP-Link wireless router?

@Joseph-TP Yes! So I have the router showing on tether app and from there everything is working as should. App says the router is on wifi 2.4GHz and 5GHz and both are enabled and visible. Still the wifi isnt showing on any devices wifi list. And if I try to connect manually it says "cannot connect" or it doesnt even exist.

Hi @vPihka,
Thank you for getting back to me.
Have you checked the WiFi lights of the router? Do you know if the WiFi lights are on?
If not, please press and hold this button for more than 2 seconds to turn on or off the wireless function of your router
Would you mind hard resetting the router for a try?
Press and hold the Reset hole/button for about 6 seconds until the Power LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.

Re:Cannot connect to wifi
Hi again! Yes all of the three lights are on. Actually router has 5light on and green. Only light thats not on is the lock (last one of the light). And tether app says my router is on wifi like it should. I just cannot connect to it and none of my debices show it on wifi list. If I vonnect my device with LAN cable then the tether app shows that device perfectly fine. Only problem is the wifi connection.
