I followed the setup instructions, I have 2 new wifi networks accessible, one for 2ghz and one of 5ghz. When I connect either of them I have access to internet BUT many services do not work. Such as reddit, skyblue and most applications that require internet. For example, I can't even find my extender in the connected devices in the tether application.

To give a bit more context, my router is a 5G mikrotik.
The extender is set to have intermediate coverage. DHCP setting set to auto in the extender.

I have tried the following already:
- reset the extender.
- update the firmware of the extender.
- update the firmware of the router. 
- DHCP is enabled on my router and the IP given to my extender falls in the range set on my router.

This is not a wifi range issue since I am able to connect to the extender wifis and access internet on chrome browser. It must be some sort of confirguration issue between the extender and the router.
